About Us
ConvertSmartly started with a spreadsheet and a bad feeling. Its editor had spent a weekend trying to work out whether his monthly crypto buys were actually in profit once fees and a lopsided average price were accounted for — and realized that every "calculator" he could find online answered a slightly different question than the one he had. They told him what a coin was worth today. None of them told him what his specific position, built up over eleven messy months, was really doing. He built the first tool for himself. The rest followed from the same frustration.
Our mission is narrow on purpose: give retail investors and everyday crypto holders the same forward-looking math that institutions treat as routine, without the jargon, the paywall, or the newsletter upsell. This site is not about spending money or tracking expenses — it's about growing wealth and understanding, in concrete numbers, how compounding, contributions, fees, staking yield and inflation interact over years, not days. We care about the difference between the return you're shown and the return you keep, and almost every tool here exists to make that gap visible.
We write the accompanying guides in plain language and always with real numbers, because a percentage without a worked example is just decoration. Nothing on ConvertSmartly is financial advice — we don't know your situation and we're not pretending to — but everything is built so that when you do talk to an advisor, or make a call on your own, you're arguing from arithmetic instead of vibes. The tools are free, they run in your browser, and they always will be.
If a calculation looks wrong, a tool is missing, or you've found a scenario we should model, we read every message personally. Reach us at [email protected] — feedback from people running real money through these tools is exactly how the useful ones got built.
